Domaine Chavy-Chouet, is a seventh-generation estate, epitomizes the finest traditions of Burgundy winemaking. Led by Romaric Chavy, this family-run domaine seamlessly combines centuries-old heritage with modern techniques to craft wines that embody the essence of Burgundy’s unique terroirs.

Chavy-Chouet: two families, two coastal villages with a common thread, a love of the land for 7 generations. After 6 years at the wine school and with various experiences in viticulture and winemaking in the four corners of the globe, Romaric offers a new face to the estate. Solely at the helm since 2006, he watches over the 15 hectares of vines with rigor. Proud of his roots, he oscillates between rigor, tradition and innovation.

Seventh-Generation Expertise: With over 200 years of winemaking history, Chavy-Chouet embodies heritage, experience, and authenticity.Burgundy’s Investment Potential: Burgundy continues to lead as the most investable wine region, with demand far outstripping supply, especially for Premier Cru and monopole wines.

The 1300m² of buildings – including 800m² of cellars – which host the harvest, are a mix of old and ultra-modern.
