Claudio Martins Joins Oeno As Brand Ambassador For Portugal

In another first for the Oeno Brand Ambassador programme we are proud to welcome Claudio Martins to the team. Oeno has worked closely with Claudio over the last few years thanks to his involvement with Liber Pater, the cult Bordeaux wine created by winemaker Loic Pasquet. Claudio will now be joining us as Brand Ambassador for Portugal.

Claudio is a seasoned wine professional who cut his teeth in London working for many famous names including Coq d’Argent, New Street Wine, and Global Wine Solutions with Liam Steveenson MW. He also served for many years as a judge for the Decanter World Wine Awards, specialising in the Portuguese, Chilean and Brazilian entries.

After 18 long years in London Claudio finally returned to his native Portugal to pursue a brand-new venture, Martins Wine Advisor. Along with his team, Claudio works closely with a variety of clients in the wine industry and beyond to access new markets, promote new products, or to simply secure the right product at the right price for any occasion. 

A passionate and service-focused wine consultant with extensive global expertise, Claudio now counts Liber Pater, the world’s most expensive Bordeaux, among his clients. His specialist knowledge of the Portuguese market make him a fantastic addition to the Oeno Brand Ambassador programme.
