I understand and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of Oenofuture’s legal documentation, which includes Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You consent to us electronically verifying your identity by providing personal information and possibly identity documents were applicable, to an identity verification service or credit reporting agency. I acknowledge OenoFuture electronically verifies my identity by providing my personal information (including identity documents) to an identity verification service, to get an assessment of whether it matches information held by them or other identity verification sources. I acknowledge that OenoFuture will contact me via phone or email in connection with my application to ensure that I am aware of all the services available to me or for other marketing purposes. I understand that I can opt out of these communications at any time following the submission of my application. I confirm that the information I have provided is true and correct and will notify Oenofuture if the information contained in my application, including contact details, materially changes or ceases to be correct. I understand that there is not a live trading platform that allows me to sell my stock at the click of a button and that it can take time to liquidate the asset.
