World’s Top Bartenders Create Bespoke Oeno Cocktails


Oeno is partnering with top bartenders Luca Cinalli and Gabriele Manfredi to create three bespoke cocktails which will be served during our Private Investor Gala on the 26th of February.

Luca Cinalli is the genius mixologist who helped Shoreditch speakeasy Nightjar hit the top three in the World’s 50 Best Bars for four consecutive years. Born the son of a fisherman in a small Italian village, at a young age Luca’s adventurous spirit led him to enrol in catering school followed by stints working in Switzerland, Sardinia, and Florence.

Luca moved to London over a decade ago to hone both his bartending and English skills. He cut his teeth in the capital’s bars and restaurants including Mahiki before moving to Nightjar following a chance meeting with bar manager Marian Beke.

Five years later the owners of Nightjar, Edmund Weil and Rosie Stimpson, invited Luca to join the opening team at Oriole in Smithfield Market. Soon after opening Oriole ranked on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and won “Best New International Cocktail Bar” at Tales of the Cocktail in 2016.

Luca met Gabriele Manfredi while they were both working at Nightjar, and the pair were also colleagues at Oriole where Gabriele took up the post of head bartender. Today the duo have founded their own project, Hospitality Gourmet, to collaborate on joint projects and masterclasses across the world from Argentina to Athens.

Luca and Gabriele have created three bespoke wine-based cocktails for Oeno which will be served to our investment clients at our Private Investment Gala to be held at Landing 42 in the Leadenhall Building. Please contact your account manager if you are interested in attending this event.
