His record-breaking Bordeaux wines boast a five-figure release price and enjoy a cult following amongst collectors worldwide. Loic’s controversial project seeks to recapture the original taste of Bordeaux using forgotten grape varieties which are no longer permitted by the Bordeaux AOC authorities.
