The Colore by Bibi Graetz is a Supertuscan red wine from the municipality of Fiesole that ages for 30 months in French oak barrels.
“Fine and restrained on the palate, this is drinking beautifully now. Youthful vibrant fruit characters have subsided, to be replaced by more savoury flavours supported by elegant tannins.
