The “Cesare” Borgogno is a historic red wine, the company’s flagship wine, dedicated (not surprisingly) to the man who had the merit of literally changing the fate of the company after taking the reins: Cesare Borgogno.
A Rosso that takes shape from time to time thanks to a blend of what the Borgogno winery considers to be the best vintages, so we have on this occasion 1982, 2003 and 2014.
A perfect synthesis of tradition and history, brought to life by long fermentations and very long ageing. Unparalleled for its refinement and elegance, unattainable for the meaning it holds in every sip. It is one of those reds to be reserved for memorable occasions.
