The grapes used to make this rosé champagne come from 12 different crus. Thus, the Brimoncourt winery obtains the best bunches from each of them for the production of an exceptional rosé sparkling wine. This is a very gastronomic wine, with floral and fruity notes on the nose and a long, fresh finish.
“Surprisingly deep orangey-pink – like the skins of Victoria plums. Intense red fruits on the nose, remarkably fruit for a rosé champagne, red fruits and a touch of candied orange peel and still fragrantly fresh, even slightly dusty/mineral. Deep and almost chewy with so much fruit but not without very good freshness and quite a tight, noticeable structure. Serious food wine, I think. Tastes pretty dry and finishes long and fresh with a tangy sour-cherry bitterness that would also make it good at the table. Powerful, serious, long.” Julia Harding MW, Jancis Robinson. (2017)
35% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 25% of Pinot Meunier.
