Next one will be 2008. Hot year. Disgorged 2017. 50:50 Pinot Noir: Chardonnay. Some Chardonnay matured in oak. Full malo. They did a blind tasting of 10 different dosages in a random order, with a couple of oenologues and all suggested it would be an Extra Brut. This is their main vintage cuvée and the next, 2008, may not be an Extra Brut.
Exotic, rich tropical notes. Broad and rich yet dry. Not much mousse, but there is some undertow.
