A project on the island of Capri, for Joaquin, who has been pursuing it unceasingly since 2009, in this vintage, as always, work has been carried out from Anacapri, an area highly suited to island viticulture. Joaquin was the first to relaunch it, in 2009, thanks to the passion of some of the island’s Sommeliers and Farmers, and in 2015 production was doubled by adding more plots, from the Migliera area. Interesting work has been done on the only Rosato on the island of Capri.
“Straw yellow to the eye. The nose reveals a floral bouquet of broom and camomile, followed by fruity tones of white-fleshed fruit. The drink is fresh and flavoursome, yet balanced, characterised by a pleasant smoothness and a slightly almondy finish.” Tannico. (n.d)
