A white wine that retraces the history of one of the noblest vines of southern Italy and tells it with love and passion. The narrator is Raffaele Pagano, the owner of the Joaquin winery, whose goal is to create wines that are always a new challenge and an ambitious project for the future.
“Bright and intense golden yellow. On the nose it is floral and fruity, with notes of broom and yellow rose, as well as citrus nuances, to which are added an infinite series of tertiary aromas, composed of white pepper, laurel, camphor, honey and vanilla, but also hazelnuts, white mint and talc. Full-bodied on the palate, it is satisfying, persistent, intriguing and very enveloping right through to the finish.” Tannico. (n.d)
