“It is not the classic Fiano, but it gives rich, articulated and complex organoleptic sensations, able to conquer from the first sip and to envelop every last drop. The “Vino della Stella”, Fiano di Avellino of the Joaquin winery, is a white wine made entirely from Fiano grapes, fermented at a controlled temperature and left to mature for a short period in barrels, then refined for about six months in glass. It is a wine to be discovered: it offers substance and pleasure, and insistently invites a second glass.” Tannico. (n.d)
