Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz 2019 750ml

Bin 389 is known as Baby Grange, for several reasons.

1. Any components made to go into Grange (the top wine from Penfolds) that don’t quite make the grade, naturally cascade into Bin 389.

2. Bin 389 is often aged in the 2nd use casks of Grange

3. It has a similar style and structure for a fraction of the price albeit not quite as intense or long-lived.

A genuine multi-regional blend that is 53% Cabernet and 47% Shiraz from vineyards across South Australia. Aged in around 20% new American Oak and the balance  in older oak casks. First made in 1960.
