Sopla Poniente emerges as the commitment of Rodríguez de Vera, in collaboration with large wineries in Andalusia, mainly in Montilla-Moriles, the Jerez area and its satellites. Clean, medium-high intensity of mahogany colour. Clean nose, with high aromatic intensity with predominant nuances of nuts (hazelnut), dried figs, varnishes and elegant toasts. In the mouth it is dry, with a high alcohol content, medium body (+) and with medium acidity. High flavour intensity with hints of toasted nuts (hazelnuts), dried figs and varnishes and a very long and elegant finish.
