The Ozark Highlands boasts a 200-year history of distilling – and the Stone Ledge Spirits Company is one of the region’s leading lights. Thanks to innovative investment group Oeno, you can now get in on the action with a fixed rate of return
FEW THINGS IN life get better with age – but whisky is undoubtedly one of them. As global demand increases, supply becomes limited. And just like any other rare collectible, when supply is limited, demand and value increase. One of the most exciting benefits to whisky investment is that despite economic uncertainty, whisky’s value continues to flourish, making the spirit one of the few tangible assets whose future remains exceptionally bright. Renowned for its dynamic and innovative approach to reshaping how investors enjoy the fine wine market, OenoGroup is proud to be one of the world’s first companies to offer a fixed-rate return opportunity in the whisky sector at a competitive rate of return. The group has recently partnered with Stone Ledge Spirits Company, producer of Stowloch Whiskey, aka ‘Holy Water’, with a confirmed fixed-rate buy-back in place on any cask of Stowloch their clients purchase. Stone Ledge Distillery is located on an impressive limestone shelf stretching over the bottom half of Missouri, the upper half of Arkansas and parts of Oklahoma and Kansas, which provides the region with sweet, limestone-filtered mineral water. This unique limestone shelf filters the water into the aquifers, deep wells and the natural springs of the Ozark Highlands and is essential to the quality of the spirits being produced here. As one of many companies going green, Stone Ledge Distillery is proud to be a part of the new wave of corporate responsibility across the globe. All bottles are made from recycled glass, and the waste accumulated from the distilling process goes back into the distillers’ fields that can be utilised for the next round of crops. The distillation process is entirely chemical-free, testing the water for glycerin and fluoride to align with Ozark Highland’s quality of spirit. What makes Stowloch taste so exceptional is the handed-down wisdom from the head distiller Demetrius’ family. With more than 200 years of distilling history behind him, Demetrius has perfected a process using an age-old family recipe deriving from Western Europe to America in the 1700s. Normal fermentation in the industry is 3-5 days, whereas Stowloch has 48-day minimum fermentation. This gives Stowloch its remarkable smooth finish that is hard to find in a 100-proof whiskey. Oeno’s partnership with Stowloch is now providing investors with a fixed-rate return of 83.33% for ten years, 50% for eight years, and 25% for a five-year hold.
